  1. Log in to Wylto and navigate to the Bot Builder option in the left-side menu.
  2. Click on “Create New” to start building a chatbot.
  3. A window will appear with predefined templates and an option to build from scratch.
    • If you find a suitable predefined template, select it.
    • If not, choose “Build from Scratch.”
  4. Enter a name for your flow and click on “Create.”
  5. A new flow will be created. Click on it to open the workspace, where you can start bot building .

Workspace Elements

  1. Add a New Block – Clicking this button will open a window displaying different block options for building your chatbot
  2. Tutorial Video – A guide on how to build a bot.
  3. Contact Support – Book a support session for assistance.
  4. Navigation Controls – Options to zoom in, zoom out, reset to normal view, center the flow, and lock/unlock the flow.
  5. Floating Window – Provides an overview of the entire chatbot.

Adding Blocks to the Workspace

  1. Click “Add New Block” to open a window displaying available block types.
  2. Select the desired block, and it will be added to the workspace.

Once the chatbot is built, ensure all components are properly configured. Test the bot’s functionality to verify smooth interaction and performance. After successful testing, publish your chatbot and make it accessible to users. Regular updates and improvements will enhance its efficiency and provide a better user experience.
